Conference and Registration


The conference is being held at the Albury Entertainment Centre, 525 Swift Street, Albury NSW 2640.

All participants (delegates, speakers, sponsors and industry representatives) must be registered and have a correct name badge on site. Due to strict insurance conditions there are absolutely no ‘shared’ registrations. Delegates unable to attend for the full Conference may register for Day rates. Three options may be selected from the registration page:

  1. Only register for the Farming Matters Conference
  2. Only register for the Savory Global Network Gathering
  3. Register for both Farming Matters and the Savory Gathering

Registration Procedure


Categories

Standard Registration – for all registrations received before 5pm on 8 March 2020. Registration is not deemed confirmed until payment is received and payment must be received prior to the conference.

Late Registration – for all registrations received after 5pm on 8 March 2020. Registration is not deemed confirmed until payment is received and payment must be received prior to the conference.

Day Registration – For delegates unable to attend the full conference, there is a “Day Registration” rate available for attendance on either the Tuesday (conference day) or Wednesday (field trip day). Inclusions for day registrations: All relevant materials and daytime catering for chosen day.

Group Registration - available for groups/organisations booking 5 or more people for the full conference. To be eligible for the group rate you must register as one group with a nominated contact person and a single invoice. The group rate only applies until 8 March, after which time the 'Late' rate applies to all registrations.


Inclusions

Full Registrations: All Conference materials and day time catering for each day of the conference and field trips as well as the casual welcome function on Monday night.

Day Registrations: Does not include entry to the Welcome Function or Conference Dinner however you can purchase tickets for these events at the nominated rates on the following page.

Please note that members of the Australian Holistic Management Co-operative will be eligible to have the $330 conference registration fee deducted from their annual membership renewal for 2020. If you are not a member, you may join prior to registering and the $330 registration can be deducted from your membership fees.

NOTE - All amounts shown are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST.


Conference Field Trips

See the multiple field trips offered on Day Two of the conference (Wed 25 March) and select your field trip as part of Registration. Please note that most field trips are limited in numbers so book early to avoid disappointment. Each field trip is a complete tour so you can only select one.

Conference Social Functions

Support Group Gathering
Date – Monday 23 March 2020
Time – 3.30–6.00pm
Venue – To be confirmed (will be close to CBD)
Details – Open for all support groups educators, or people wanting to join a Holistic Management support group. To attend you will need to have done Holistic Management training.
Cost - $20 includes afternoon tea

Welcome Function
Date – Monday 23 March 2020
Time – 6.00pm–7.30pm
Venue – Albury Entertainment Centre
Details – Casual welcome function held amongst the trade display at the conference venue. Drinks and nibbles provided – dinner afterwards by own arrangements.
Cost – Included in full registration fee. $44.00 for guests and/or day registrations

Conference Dinner
Date – Tuesday 24 March 2020
Time – 6.30pm–10.30pm
Venue – To be confirmed
Details – Optional casual dinner (venue tbc). Two course dinner provided – drinks pay own. Cost - $88.00 per person

Supporting Young Farmers

Would you like to fund a young farmer to attend the conference? If so, simply check the box during the registration process and $330 will be added to your invoice for funding a young farmer. You can nominate someone if you have a specific young farmer in mind or we can allocate one for you.

Every effort is made to ensure that the contents of this registration brochure are correct. The organisers retain the right to make changes where necessary. The Australian Holistic Management Co-operative and the conference coordinators, Countrywide Conference and Event Management, will not accept liability for any damages of any nature sustained by participants or their accompanying persons or loss or damage to their personal property for the duration of the conference and tour.

Condition of Entry
It is a condition of entry that no delegate may disrupt the order of events or intent of the program. Anyone considered to be disturbing the program intent will be asked to leave. Only pamphlets and brochures approved by the event organisers may be distributed.
